Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

What this policy covers. This policy describes the limited information SecureYourParent collects in the course of scheduling and conducting a Session.

Information we collect.

  • Booking information: your name, email address, and chosen appointment time, collected through Calendly.
  • Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of the card.
  • Session contents: we do not record Sessions. We do not collect, store, or transmit your passwords, PINs, Social Security numbers, account numbers, government IDs, financial documents, or any account credentials. The client performs every action on their own device.

How we use it. Booking and payment information is used solely to schedule, conduct, and process payment for the Session, and to send you a written post-session summary.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share information only with the service providers required to operate the business (Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payment, an email provider for correspondence), each of which has its own privacy policy.

Retention. Booking and payment records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically seven years). Email correspondence is retained until you request deletion.

Your rights. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request its deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), by emailing the address listed on this site.

Security. We use industry-standard providers (Calendly, Stripe, a major email provider) and access our accounts with strong authentication. Because we do not collect sensitive identity data in the first place, the surface area of any breach is minimal by design.

Changes. If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated.
