What We Collect
Website information. Like most websites, hosting and analytics providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, and timestamps.
Contact and booking information. If you contact SecureYourParent or request a Review, we may collect your name, email address, scheduling preferences, and information needed to respond to your request.
Review information. During a Review, you may share general information about what you or your family can currently account for. This information is used to conduct the Review, create your Clarity Report, and provide follow-up communication you request.
Payment information. If payment is collected through a third-party payment provider, that provider processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. SecureYourParent does not store full payment card numbers.
What We Do Not Collect During Reviews
SecureYourParent does not ask for or receive:
- Passwords
- PINs
- Social Security numbers
- Account numbers
- Government IDs
- Copies of sensitive documents
- Screen sharing
- Remote access
- Login codes
- Control of any device or account
The service is designed to minimize sensitive data collection.
How We Use Information
SecureYourParent may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries
- Schedule Reviews
- Conduct Reviews
- Create and send Clarity Reports
- Provide follow-up communication you request
- Maintain and improve the website
- Manage business records
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, or business obligations
SecureYourParent does not sell your personal information.
Service Providers
SecureYourParent may use third-party providers for website hosting, email, scheduling, payments, document preparation, analytics, and related business operations.
Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
SecureYourParent keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required or appropriate for legal, tax, accounting, security, business-record, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Security
No website, email system, or online service is perfectly secure.
SecureYourParent reduces risk by not requesting or storing passwords, account credentials, Social Security numbers, account numbers, copies of sensitive documents, screen sharing, or remote access during Reviews.
Your Choices
You may contact SecureYourParent to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to legal, tax, accounting, security, and business-record obligations.
